I ran the Provo River Trail Half Marathon on Saturday with Austin's aunt Jamie!! It was a BLAST!!!
Getting ready to leave at 4:30 AM -just a titch too early for me. I was like.... what the crap am I doing?
Austin kept getting sooooo mad because he couldn't ever focus the camera when he would see me. Hahaha.... he still got a couple.
....and then again at 10
No pictures at the finish line because Austin accidentally missed it. Haha it wasn't his fault. My fam was there and all was well. I wanted to finish in under 2 hours, but my time was 2 hours 1 MINUTE!! Ohh so close. Oh well.

Thanks to Jamie for encouraging me to run it with her! It wouldn't have been nearly as fun if I didn't have a friend to hang out with, especially at the top where we waited in the freezing cold FOREVER!!!!!!!! Ohhh it was sooo cold - I couldn't feel my toes for the first two miles.
Austin was such a trooper to get up at 4:30 to drop us off! Love that guy.
...and my family is pretty much the most supportive family in the world. I was so happy to see them at the finish line! Kristi and Justin came and cheered me on too! I can't believe I didn't get a picture with them :(

good job Ange! I did my first race too on Saturday, but I'm a wimp, it was a 5K. maybe someday I'll do something longer.
you look awesome after all that running.
Holy cow girlie! I'm super jealous of you... I used to be able to do stuff like that anymore, now if I run one mile I am DEAD!
If I would have known I would have come to watch you. I am proud of you girl. Maybe one day I can get my fat butt running. hahaha Love ya!!
GOOD JOB GIRL!! How fun. I want to run like you. Um.. your body.. COULDN'T BE MORE JEALOUS! JAmie too! She's had 2 kids. AWESOME. I love how supportive Austin is and your cute family. :]

Just so you know Rae was looking at your blog and said I love Andreas smiles!! Thought that was pretty cute
Way to go Ang! That's so awesome. That's a pretty big accomplishment.
I wish Peter would have told me about your race the day before when Austin told him! We totally would have been there to cheer you on! I'm training right now to do some kind of run. We should do one together! P.S. The running skirt you have is SO cute. Where in the world did you get it?
Way to go!!! You are awesome!! That is such a LONG run! You did that in such a good time! I am wondering how you manage to look gorgeous in the middle of a 1/2 marathon??
I did that a couple years ago and no one warned me that it would be arctic temperatures at the starting line, ouch! My toe nails were black and blue for a while too.
Congrats!!
I am seriously soooo impressed!! I can barely run a mile :) You look so good in your pictures!! You don't even look like you were breaking a sweat or breathing hard at all! So jealous!
good job! I wanna run one as soon as this baba is out! We should sign up for one together!
Congrats!! You look so happy in all of those pics. I did my first (and last) half one year ago. I totally bawled like a baby at the end because I was so proud. Plus all of the training that goes into it. Tip: Don't stop running! I was so exhausted from training and everything leading up to it that I stopped running cold turkey. Seriously, bad idea. Keep running, and good job!!
Andrea you better not stop there. You are such a natural runner. You look awesome in your photos and after you would have thought you had gone on a little jog. I am so proud of you! You better sign up for a marathon. You would do awesome. That was such a great course and the weather couldn't have been better. Sorry about forgetting to give you your stuff. Just remind me at the wedding, I will have it in my trunk! see ya soon at the big day!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah for Kristi and Justin!
What the crap were you doing! 4:30!? That's what time I get to bed sometimes. jk. Way to go! You're a trooper....I hope to run one of those someday....before I die. It looks like it was a beautiful run.
Yay! Good job, you're awesome! I so wish I could have been there! You never told me, how did Austin miss the finish line?
