Holiday Weekend {THE 4TH}

The fourth is my favorite.

I'm pretty sure I write that on my blog every year,

but I just love it.

I love the BBQs, the swimming pool, the sunshine,

and most of all the family that comes into town!

Andy and Lauren's family came from Nebraska,

which always makes it a million times better.

Here's a little recap of our weekend:

Friday

We spent ALL day at the pool SWIMMING.

It's been a long time since I REALLY swam.

I went on the slide a trillion times. Avery. Drew. Avery. Drew. ETC

We went around the lazy river,

and we had a blast!!!!

I seriously could have got cute pictures,

but I was clearly a little busy.

We also had a little family fun time afterward

eating dinner, roasting mallows, and hanging out at the grandparents.

Saturday

Austin went golfing with his brothers and dad.

They only fought a little on the golf course....

and then fought about their fight the rest of the weekend :)

While he was golfing, I went to my parents....

The grand kids and some of the neighborhood kids

came to my parents to ride the horses.

The kiddos just love it.

They could have stayed out there all day long,

but it got freaking HOT freaking FAST!

Grace wouldn't get on without her sunglasses.

Ash Bash is clearly a true blue cowgirl.

Look at her with her arm up like a real rider!!

So funny. She did NOT want to get off that thing.

My dad got himself two horse girls... me and ash.

Saturday night we went to the OAKLEY Rodeo,

an Egan family tradition.

The best rodeo in UTAH - YEEHAW!!

Sunday

All the Ingersoll's went to church together at Jeff & Cindi's ward.

We don't ALL get together very often, so it was a TREAT :)

And me and Austin got to sleep in, so we were all for it!!!

After church we ate dinner and got family pictures done.

Andy & Lauren are moving to England next month

for THREE years so we basically had to document.

It's going to be a while until we are all together again.... SAD :(

We also went to the neighbors for some fireworks.

Us girls had to sit inside and admire Emery!!

Monday

Happy 4th of July!!!

We had quite the busy day.

We ate crepes at my parents for breakfast.

I had to snap a few pics of the girlies in the red white and blue.

too cute.

We then headed to my grand parents to celebrate

my grandpa's 75th Birthday!!!

We made him a giant poster with 75 things we love about him.

My grandpa is the most humble, intelligent, loving man.

They are the best grandparents ever!

Happy BDAY GPA!!

Next we headed to LAGOON to spend the rest of the day with the cute Ingersolls

Every year we go to Lagoon with the whole extended family.

Maybe I shouldn't share this secret with the world

because it is by far the best day to go to Lagoon.

NOT crowded one ounce.

I was really tempted to take in my camera, but I didn't.

We were too busy making ourselves SICK

on all the rides.
