The Month of September

September is my favorite month.

I haven't said that about any other months, right?

Cause I'm pretty positive it's September.

We get the last 2 weeks of summer,

the only 2 weeks of fall,

The leaves start changing,

The days cool down just enough,

And the nights are just perfect.

For September being my favorite,

I sure didn't take any pictures.

October will be better, I swear.

We did 2 cool things this month.

Well, I did 1....Austin did 2.

First, Austin went hunting like a big boy.

I do not like when the hunt comes around.... let's be honest.

Every year...Austin realizes we have no camping gear,

and he wants to go on a shopping spree for things he will only use once a year.

Then...I have to sleep alone and I'm a baby.

But, Austin gets boy time and gets to feel manly.... so whatever.

Austin was especially excited this year since his buddy Brian was going and he got to sleep in a trailer.

He's a  comfort camper. Heat and a bed...my kind of camping.

He spent all week collecting items...because I made him borrow everything. Mean.

He promised me he would take some pictures, and he didn't.

What do you know? Naughty. BUT... I stole these from his uncle,

and Austin is barely noticeable in them, but I need to document.

This was their last day. I guess the boss is coming up with a game plan? Austin's on the left...totally cut out, but I think his jeans are funny....and he totally got made fun of...obviously.

Again, Austin on the left...cut out, but looks like they got a nice smokey fire going on...

 Good times...let's move on....

For our anniversary we went to St George and stayed in Grandma's condo.

Austin was stoked to get a day off of work.

I took my camera, and didn't take one picture. Lame.

You know what else is lame? I didn't even go to the pool or lay out.

Friday Austin went golfing with these dudes.

He took this pic with his phone. Good boy.

I shopped.

Saturday Austin golfed ALL freaking day. Yes, he is a blessed man.

And I watched my bestie finish the marathon. Go Man!

Oh, and edited pictures.

Oh, and of course watched conference while I edited.

Yes, I retained the info. I think.

Oh, and we went to bed at 10. Perfection.

Conference weekend in always the bomb.

Austin even made us breakfast Sunday morning.

That basically wraps up September...

Now I am just bracing myself for a very wet fall, and a long cold winter.
