Steeler Nation

This last weekend we made the 11 hour road trip to Phoenix, AZ.

We went and visited Austin's cousins,

and we went to the Steelers vs Cardinals game.

It was awesome!

Austin's been wanting to go to a game FOREVER,

so he was stoked!!

He bought us new jerseys and all :)

Before the game we at sandwiches at Which Wich?

These are the three cute boys I went with...

We seriously left 4 hours early for the game and we still ended up missing the kickoff.

It was complete madness...

The parking and the line to get in the stadium....

So PACKED!!

We were dying at how many Steelers fans there were.

I felt bad for the Cardinals.... outnumbered in the own stadium. Sad.

This was the worst line ever....

It was 100 degrees outside and everyone was fighting with each other!!

Once we got in the stadium, it was heaven.

They have an indoor stadium so it was nice and COOL!

We didn't get the best of seats because we bought tickets last minute,

but it worked...

We did get a nice little surprise cardinals fan sitting behind us.....

This gem with the helmet!

He was NUTS!! Totally spilled bear all over some girl...

And even asked Austin if he wanted to fight after the game.

That would have been a sight...

Wow, do I sound like a fan or what.

I know....I know 5 players. Go me!!

Well....Steelers won.

And we were happy.

We got quite a few high fives after the game...

from our fellow Steelers Fans, of course.

Austin bought these terrible towels before the game,

and almost got in a fight with the crazy person selling them.

He told us he made more in 1 day then we would make all month.

Probably true....but that's true for lots of people :)

Well, they came to good use. We got to wave them A LOT!

Then we ate sushi.

Great way to end a great day.

We decided this is a new tradition.

Except next time I'm flying :)
