Christmas

We spent Christmas Eve with my family this year. We stuck with our tradition of going out to eat at Tuscany's. We had oysters, muscles, clams, fried green tomatoes, and calamari for appetizers. MM MM....They also have amazing bread, which is always my favorite. The dinner was delicious and the atmosphere was nice and cChristmasy, as usual!

We spent the rest of the night at my parents opening presents and hanging out! I finally got a sewing machine!!! It was long overdue!! Austin got his beloved Call of Duty. After we finished at my parents, we went over to the Ingersoll's to sleep over. Austin got a little xbox in, and I got to snuggle with Hadlee for a couple hours and watch a movie. Awww... nothing like a perfect 2 week old baby!
It was so much fun to wake up with the babies and have Christmas morning. Jeff made us croissant sandwiches, and Cindi outdid herself with beautifully wrapped theme gifts like always. This year I got some Toms, a pedicure, socks, and a whole lot of great stuff. Austin got an "all fun and games" package with Madden, games, and treats.

We had a fully day of skyping. First we got to talk to Andy and Lauren's family in England. Then after church we skyped with Elder Ingersoll in Alabama for a couple hours, and just before dinner we got to skype with Elder Egan in Chile. Christmas felt a little lonesome this year with so many people missing, but geez....skyping is awesome!!!

Cindi made a delicious prime-rib Christmas dinner, and then we played games and watched movies by the fire. This time of year is the best!!! We still have New Years coming up. Woo Hoo.

Happy Holidays!!
