Yesterday I got to watch my first baby delivery.
It was an amazing experience that I won't ever forget!
Alissa had a long, hard labor, and she was one tough mama!!
She went into labor Friday morning, but she was progressing slowly.
Everyone just knew the baby was waiting for December 10th.
On December 10, 2007, Adam had his "second birth"
when he received a stem cell transfusion to battle cancer.
He was told he would never be able to have children,
but exactly 4 years later, they gave birth to a beautiful baby girl....

She was born on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 9:20 AM
Measuring 7 lbs 3 oz and 19 1/2 in long.
She's pure perfection and a little miracle baby!!!

Yay, so glad that she is here! She is so presious! She is definately a miracle baby. That is so cool that she was born on the same day Adam had his transfusion four years later. That is so awesome you were there to witness it! So excited for them!
