ok... you better savor this post since it's the last one from Boston :( booo
my parents and little brother visited last week!!!!!!!!!!!
I was sooo soooo soooo excited to show them where we've been living and what we've been doing all summah long.
I tried to condense our pics..... I did the best I could do :)
Our first day, Austin still had to work so we decided to do the downtown day
We took the metro into the city...
It's a 2.5 mile red-brick walking trail that takes you to 16 significant historic sights.
It is a lot a lot of walking....sweating....and panting!!!

We stopped at the cemetery where Ben Franklin's parents are buried
...and paul revere...
...and Samuel Adams...
We went to the Old South Meeting House...
This is the place where Samuel Adams gave the secret signal to dump 342 crates of tea into the Boston Harbor

We ate lunch at Quincy Market - they have the BEST mac & cheese (mmm... delicious and nutritious)
We walked through the Holocaust Memorial
brotha and sista 4 life
Memorial Garden to honor those serving our country
....just taking a break. It was such a hot day!!!! So happy to see my family!!!
Paul Revere's house and memorial...
Maffew Cowboy
My dad is a serious history buff so he was in heaven!!! John Adams this and John Adams that...
The last stop was Bunker Hill.... 266 British and Colonial deaths took place here as well as over 1200 wounded.
The new memorial is still under construction. At this point we honestly couldn't have walked ANY LONGER!! I'm not in it cause I was passed out on the ground.
Afterwards we met Austin for Indian food (our appetites definitely didn't suffer last week)
So long, farewell Beantown
